Working late and listening to Billy Graham online. Reading from Mark 8 and 9, he says, “Jesus never hid the fact from His disciples that they would face suffering, persecution and death….In Jesus’ day, He called them to suffering. He didn’t call them to a playground; He called them to a battlefield. He called them to war…spiritual war. [Jesus] said you’re going to suffer…be wounded and die.”
So, Christian…what will it be? Play or fight. You know what your Master expects. Question is, will you obey?
